PROJECT DETAILS
Luxury living on a private island in the Red sea.
A high-end project that brought together the client, design and construction teams to align on important details before anything was built.
SpaceForm was commissioned to develop the collaborative future twin alongside a series of generated CGIs using our AI-enhanced pipeline process.
THE BRIEF
To use SpaceForm as a design review and collaboration tool bringing together teams from around the world to work on this high profile project. Due to the remote location and difficulty in bringing materials over to the site, it was decided early on to invest in developing a 'live' collaborative twin that would cut down any mistakes once construction had started.
It also gave the opportunity for the interior team to try things out on the client and for everyone to get a feel for various options before any expensive mistakes were made.
OUR RESPONSE
SpaceForm started the process by taking the 3D design files and working them through our proprietary pipeline which meant that design updates could be reviewed together on a regular basis.
The various contractors were consulted before anything was seen by the client to ensure it's possible and what kind of challenges or options might be available.
Reviews happened bi-monthly basis with the client, where the design was developed, options discussed and a final specification agreed on. This highly visual format meant that mistakes are less likely once things are under construction, even down to sitelines from the dining room and how this matched up with the Google Earth data.
Finally a series of AI-enhanced CGIs were used to develop themes further and gave a fast way to explore options.
